When:
April 2023

During my sophomore year at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, our graphic design class, led by Benjamin Evjen, collaborated directly with renowned contemporary street artist Dan Witz.
For this project, I created an augmented reality addition for one of Witz’s mounted works. The original 2008 piece, produced solely by Witz and displayed in New York City, comprised of repainted photo-based stickers which are mounted on plastic. This work was reinstalled with my augmented reality addition in downtown Lincoln in 2023 as part of our class collaboration.

Tools used:
Cinema4D, Adobe After Effects, and Artivive

Manually masked grate for editing.
Using a thin piece of chipboard, I laser cut the holes in the same proportions as the artwork.
An earlier installation of the piece, identical in form to the version later installed in Lincoln.
